- Sazerac Rye is a 90-proof whiskey. Sazerac Rye has aromas of clove, vanilla and anise with flavors of candied spices and citrus.

- Herbsaint ($33)
- Legendre Herbsaint is a 100-proof anise-flavored liqueur still made to the original specifications. Created in New Orleans in the 1930s as a substitute for absinthe, it’s the official rinse in the Sazerac Cocktail.
- Jung & Wulff Trinidad Rum ($45)
